Oh yeah, this got to do with CARRIERS.
You'll be seeing loads of characters here so I'll be providing lists so you could find the heads and tails of it.
1st Naval Fighter Wing 2nd group, 5th Naval Strike Fighter Squadron, the Grenadiers.
The squadron was raised in late 2012, comprised of 2 flights of four F-14Bs. It was led by Air force Maj. Alvin Adhiyaksa.

1st flight:
Maj. Alvin "Grenadier Master/GM" Adhiyaksa (Insignia was a hand holding a bomb with lit fuse)
1stLt. Sasha Alviana Putri (TAC: Witch. Insignia was a witch riding on the back of an F-14)
1stLt. Armani Akasha Wijaya (TAC: Nice-suit, referring to his first name. Insignia was a man in a suit with Giorgio Armani logos)
1stLt. Agriya Rahman (TAC: Bolter, referring his tendency to bolt when landing. Insignia was a tailhook missing the wires with his TAC underneath)

2ndLt. Sadamichi Kiara (TAC: Jailbait because she looks like fifteen year old girl. Insignia was a girl dressed Harajuku style)
